More a Resolution than a Meditation:

Aware that as our planet grows smaller and its troubles grow greater; we recognise that each of us is at the centre of a world we can change.  

Respecting the rights of others to live according to their beliefs; we understand that the borders between us are a chance to meet, not divide.   

Acknowledging the legacy, good and bad, of our ancestors; we understand our duty to hold the planet in trust for those to come.  

Contemplating the wounds that come from inequity, crime, the loss of the sacred and war; we recognise the need for our own efforts to reconcile and resolve conflict wherever we find it.  

Vowing to care for people, animals, plants and the earth; we resolve to work for the well being of all.
